NetSuite's top-tier accounting functionality, powerful integration potential, and ability to scale with ease — combined with Phoenix’s impressive growth and outlook — provided the perfect solution to meet Phoenix’s needs today, as well as those posed by the rapid growth in their future. Because the platform could be deployed more quickly than any other competitor, it also gave them a unique competitive advantage.
Phoenix uses BatchMetrics as a specialized operation system, a best-of-breed application built especially for the fragrance/flavor industry. The client needed to continue using this system, but they wanted to integrate it with NetSuite to take advantage of the ERP’s real-time accounting functionality, among other powerful features that NetSuite does better than anyone. Now, the client can see detailed and accurate real-time GL Impact and accounting changes in NetSuite, exponentially increasing management visibility into operational impacts.
The implementation's success and ability to drive through real-time accounting metrics have enabled Phoenix to continue rapid expansion of its business, something that would simply not have been possible otherwise.
